Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States only.

How much is shipping?
Free shipping applies to orders of $90 or more. Orders under $90 have a flat $10 shipping fee.

What is the order cutoff time?
5:00 pm (Central Standard Time, CST). Orders placed after the cutoff are treated as received the next business day.

How long does it take to process an order?
Processing time is 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).

How long does delivery take after shipment?
Estimated transit time after shipment is 3–5 business days. Carrier delays and other factors can affect delivery timing.

Which carriers deliver my order?
We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers.

Will I receive tracking information?
If tracking is available, it will be provided after shipment. Tracking events are controlled by the carrier.

Is tax added at checkout?
No. Prices include tax, and checkout does not add extra tax.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard.

What is your return window?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to eligibility and non-returnable items.

Who pays for return shipping?
Non-quality returns: buyer pays return shipping.
Quality issues / wrong item / damage: seller pays or handles case-by-case after review.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Your card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

My order arrived damaged or I received the wrong item—what do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging, shipping label, and item(s) received.

Can I cancel my order?
Before shipment: you may request cancellation, but it is not guaranteed and depends on order status.
After shipment: orders cannot be canceled; eligible items may be returned under the return policy.
