Shipping coverage
We ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order cutoff time
Orders placed by 5:00 pm (Central Standard Time, CST) are treated as received the same day. Orders placed after that time are treated as received on the next business day.

Processing time (before shipment)
Processing time is 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Transit time (after shipment)
Estimated transit time after shipment is 3–5 business days. Transit time begins after the carrier accepts the package.

Shipping fees

Free shipping on orders of $90 or more

Flat $10 shipping fee on orders under $90

Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers depending on destination and operational needs.

Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, it will be provided in your shipping confirmation. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may not appear immediately after label creation or pickup.

Address accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays, failed delivery, or return-to-sender situations. Once a package is in transit, rerouting may not be possible.

Cancellations and changes

1.Before shipment: You may request cancellation before shipment, but it is not guaranteed and depends on order status.

2.After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. If eligible, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & Refund Policy.

Damaged items, wrong items, or missing contents (48-hour notice)
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging, shipping label, and items received. We will review and determine appropriate next steps.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, peak seasons, carrier service disruptions, or other factors outside our control.
