Return window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions
Returned items must generally be in original condition and packaging, including included components and accessories, if applicable. Returns may be declined if items show signs of use, damage, or are incomplete.

Non-returnable items
Final Sale items and custom-made/customized products are not eligible for return.

How to request a return

1.Email info@neatliving.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.

2.If the issue involves damage, defect on arrival, or a wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.

3.If approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without approval.

Return shipping responsibility

1.Non-quality returns: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2.Quality issues / wrong item / damage: Seller covers return shipping or handles the situation case-by-case after review.

Original shipping charges
If you paid the flat $10 shipping fee (orders under $90), that shipping charge is generally not refundable for non-quality returns. For verified quality issues, wrong items, or shipping damage reported within the required timeframe, we will review and handle shipping costs appropriately.

Refund processing time
After a return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damage or wrong item claims (48-hour window)
For damage, wrong item, or missing contents, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging, label, and item(s). This helps us assess the claim and determine resolution steps.

Restocking fee
