These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Neatliving website and any purchase you make through our store. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1) Site use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with security, or attempt to access non-public areas. You are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout and in communications with us.

2) Orders and acceptance
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot verify order details, or if we suspect an order is unauthorized or fraudulent.

3) Prices, tax, and currency
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Product prices include tax. Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout before you submit payment.

4) Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States only. Processing time is 1–3 business days, and estimated transit time after shipment is 3–5 business days. Shipping is free for orders of $100 or more; orders under $90 have a flat $10 shipping fee. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change due to factors outside our control.

5) Returns and refunds
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery, subject to eligibility requirements and non-returnable item exceptions (including Final Sale and custom items). Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval and are issued to the original payment method.

6) Cancellations
Before shipment, you may request a cancellation, but it is not guaranteed and depends on the order status. After shipment, orders cannot be canceled; eligible items may be returned according to our Returns & Refund Policy.

7) Product information
We aim to display product details as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to factors such as photography, lighting, or manufacturing differences.

8) Disclaimers
The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neatliving is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the site or purchase of products.

10) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Neatliving harmless from claims arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the site.

11) Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in California unless applicable law requires otherwise.
